We are open as normal until 1.00 pm on Christmas Eve 24th December 2021, and our office will reopen again on 4th January 2022.
There’s no need to worry about any repairs or maintenance issues during the festive holidays, as your tenants can report them as normal here:

Don’t forget to let us know if you are going to be away from your home for more than 24 hours, and to leave your heating on a frost-free setting or low. This will help to prevent burst water pipes. Make sure that you turn your main water tap off too.
