Hello Diane,
I'm so grateful for the work experience both of you have offered me and I am double grateful for the work Tabitha had set up for me, it really made me feel like part of the team even though I wasn't really. I was honestly planning to write a much longer message thanking you for all that you have done for me and for the knowledge that you had given me such as the quick talk we had about being late, and always asking people for their favourite coffee. I still remember what coffee you like to drink, thanks to Tati.
If my hearing is still good, I do remember you saying: "PXXXXX! You haven't applied for Norman Galloway yet" when I saw you during the interview (I'm still hurt by the fact that you didn't interview me).
So, my main question currently would be: How would I be able to apply for the job? What application would I have to fill out? I do remember Terry saying he'd be looking for someone who could do Data Entry, which is something I would personally enjoy doing as I'm a fast typer! I also wouldn't mind making some little warning signs again like Nick had asked me to, it was very simple and fun to do. Anything computer-related I'd be able to sort out like second nature. 🙂

I don't usually write reviews unless to complain. I am writing one now though as I can't thank Terry and Diane at Norman Galloways enough for helping me with my portfolio of rental properties. My rentals weren't in the best shape to be honest when I asked Terry and Diane for help. I'd tried my best as a landlord and thought I was doing an OK job. Turns out there was lots that I didn't know and was basically not doing an OK job.
I'd been cutting corners here and there trying to make a bit of a living, I'd been taking advise from friends and other landlords thinking that they knew what they were doing, again, turns out they didn't and probably aren't doing an OK job either. I was getting myself in to a mess with the tenants and didn't know what to do. Even if I tried to sell them, that'd be difficult as they all had tenants owing me rent, and they wouldn't let me in to inspect or do repairs.
With Norman Galloway's help, support and knowledge I've now sorted out most of my properties and tenancies and am finally getting rents paid, including the arrears, and I'm working on the others so hopefully they will be sorted soon. It's not even cost me as much as I thought it would and it's defintely increased my profits.
It's a massive relief for me and my family and I can't thank Terry and Diane enough.
No critical health and safety hazards were identified by the inspector at this property. The landlord has done a good job to bring the property up to this standard and provide a good level of amenities for the occupying tenants.
This property is a good example of the standard that DASH is looking for its landlords to provide – well done.

Norman Galloway Lettings are just brilliant and are a pleasure to work with. They are very knowledgeable about all aspects of Property Management - everyone we have spoken to from the company has been excellent. What stands out for us is Terry's passion. He genuinely wants to help people live a better life. Prior to meeting Terry we had had some really bad experiences with the Universal Credit system and a couple of our tenants that were claimants. We were getting frustrated with the way it all worked and did not feel as though we were getting the right answers and support. It actually put us off accepting benefit claimants as we'd been given the run around. This was a shame as we really wanted to help genuine people but just didn't have the time to put into this. When we were introduced to Terry, it was clear that he knew everything there is to know about the benefits support system. If he doesn't then he will definitely have a contact he can ask. He has lots of housing contacts in local authority, care system and housing charities. We've recently started letting to benefit claimants again through Terry. It's going really well and we feel relaxed knowing that we have his expertise to guide us through the process - should we need it. He is very careful to match the right person to the existing housemates. We would urge other private landlords to get in touch with Norman Galloway Lettings.
