Hi Everyone,

Never before have we experienced such a time like this, and hopefully we will get through it together. I strongly believe that it will be people and communities, each doing what they can that will see us getting to the other side of this; stronger, closer and more resilient and with any luck - kinder.

I have been thinking a lot recently, about those tenants and landlords who may be sat at home, right now, not really knowing how they will get through this. It can be daunting under normal circumstances to navigate the private rental sector - but now? It's even more confusing and ultimately stressful. There's such a lot for us all to think about, from; are gas safety inspections still mandatory during COVID - 19? to, my rent will just not get paid. These are issues for landlords and tenants alike, albeit from a different perspective.
