So what's Diane Bialek from Norman Galloway Lettings up to today?
With the country still pretty much in lockdown, save for the essential services, we are all finding new ways of keeping the UK going whilst staying safe.
Here at Norman Galloway Lettings, we are working as hard as ever at; sourcing, securing and providing sustainable tenancies to those families in most need.
Yesterday was a great day for a single mum and her two-year-old son who found themselves homeless after a marriage breakdown, as of yesterday, they are now the proud tenants of a lovely home close to family and friends. This is a fabulous outcome for this young family, as they can now move forward with the love and support of friends and family, coupled with a safe place to call home.
Huge thanks have to go to the large portfolio landlord who has kindly given this property over to us to fill and manage, this being the second property they have provided to us for this purpose and we can't thank them enough.
Today I'm off to meet another landlord (social distancing applied) who has agreed for us to find suitable tenants for a solid, 3 bed traditional semi with large gardens, right here in the heart of Nottingham. I'll be picking up keys and taking plenty of photos to share on Rightmove later today.
This property has been sat empty and no landlord wants or can sustain lengthy voids and nor do they want problem tenants. This is where we come in to our own, we have vast experience of working in this arena and can offer landlords the benefit of what we've learned.
Interestingly, this is a landlord who typically would not consider going down this route, yet has seen the benefits of trusting us to find suitable, sustainable tenants for an otherwise empty property.
With COVID 19 causing many landlords huge headaches in terms of collecting rents, empty properties are one headache too far.
If you have an empty property right now or have one coming up, feel free to get in touch to find out how we can help.
